‘Abu-Ghazaleh Digital University’ Concludes ‘Practical Application of Human Resources Management’ Training Program

AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Digital University (TAG-DU), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), has concluded the ‘Practical Application of Human Resources Management’ training program. A number of human resources professionals from the public and the private sectors working in human resources management and supervisory roles in organizations took part in the course.

The 25-hour program was presented from theory to practice by a group of specialized experts in the human resources field at the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI) - Innovation Incubator.

Commenting on holding the program, Mr. Hussein Al Sheyab, manager of Marketing for Academic and Training Programs, said the program was organized in response to the growing need for specialists in the human resources field to such training.

The training program covered several important topics, such as the fundamentals of personnel record management, development of an organization's pay structure, calculating salaries, fundamentals of performance evaluation and how annual increments are calculated based on the evaluation results. That is in addition to an introduction to the most significant Tax Law provisions according to tax brackets, Social Security Law, Labor Law, and Employee Performance Metrics. 

At the end of the program, certificates presented by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI) were given to participants.
