Abu-Ghazaleh Discusses with ENGAGE Means to Support Gifted Special Needs Palestinians

AMMAN – HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), received in his office Dr. Daoud Al Qawasmi, CEO of ENGAGE for Educational and Youth Services Company in Ramallah and the accompanying delegation along with Eng. Fatema Adily and Dr. Mohammad Besharatrepresenting ‘Habby’ initiative team. 

After discussing the means of cooperation to support and develop Palestinian youth skills, and accordingly, the two sides signed an agreement to support ‘Thawi Al Hemam Platform’ project that is concerned with the support of gifted and talented Palestinian youth with special needs.

Through joint cooperation, the two parties aim at shedding light on the talents of the Palestinian youth and opening new channels and markets for their products and creations.

Additionally, TAG.Global Ramallah Office will offer training capacity building courses to the youth, through IBTIKAR initiative, to enable them to establish their own startups or find appropriate job opportunities in the labor market. Cooperation in this field will be conducted by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Academy which offers more than 500 training programs and target the youth in particular. 

It’s worth mentioning that TAG.Global, in cooperation with a number of Palestinian private entities, patronizes the ‘IBTIKAR’ initiative which aims at encouraging innovation among Palestinian youth starting at early ages at schools and is expected to be launched in a special official ceremony in February 2020.
