AKMS Develops the Arab Certified Quality Manager Program (ACQM)

  AKMS will amend the name of the program in line with this development plan to become “Professional Quality Manager (PQM)” as of 2014
 
AMMAN ------- November 4, 2013 ----- The Arab Knowledge and Management Society (AKMS) headed by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh announced its plans to develop the program of “Arab Certified Quality Manager (ACQM)” including curriculum, cognitive framework and test models in line with the international requirements for quality profession. The program is certified by the British Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and the British Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).
 
AKMS will also amend the name of the program in line with this development plan to become “Professional Quality Manager (PQM)” as of 2014.
 
The quality program, which was launched by AKMS four years ago, aims at providing participants with knowledge necessary to carry out effective quality practices in the field of quality and implement strategies to solve them, as well as to develop and promote research and applications in the field of quality principles and practices. The program also focuses on a number of important cognitive frameworks such as the principles of quality management, total quality management tools, the core concepts of leadership and people management, strategic planning in quality management, customer focus for business excellence and supply chain management.
 
The Arab Knowledge and Management Society (AKMS) is a global non-profit organization aims at developing and stimulating human and institutional capacity.
