In the Presence of Abu-Ghazaleh as Guest of Honor, Launch of 26th International Annual Fertilizer Forum

CAIRO - The Arab Fertilizer Association (AFA) Forum & Exhibition has recently launched the 26th Annual International Fertilizer Forum in Cairo, chaired by Eng. Eng. Adil Kareem, chairman of AFA, in the presence of Ra'ed Soub, secretary general of AFA, Minister of Public Business Sector in Egypt, Mr. Hisham Tawfik and Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), as Guest of Honor. 

The conference was attended by a host of leading personalities and more than 300 heads of Arab and international fertilizer corporations, heads and experts of international organizations and entities in addition to executives and managers representing more than 150 companies from more than 50 countries worldwide. 

The gathering is considered the most important event in the fertilizer industry in the Middle East and North Africa, organized by the Association under the auspices and support of Egyptian companies, members of the AFA. 

During his speech, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh affirmed that creativity and inventions are the future of this nation, stressing the need to support the youth as the future lies in their hands noting that they can rebuild our great nation who led the world for more than 500 years and can do it again.  

Based on his own expectations, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh pointed out that the anticipated war between the US and China would happen no later than next October for reasons relating to who will economically and technically lead the world.  

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh revealed that this economic crisis will turn into a military war, underlining the need to benefit from this crisis and transform it into an opportunity. 

He pointed out that TAG.Global has already prepared a study on the best ways to maximize the benefits in all sectors out of the crisis which has been published on its websites. 

The Arab Fertilizer Association (AFA) is an international Arab non-government organization that operates under the Arab Economic Unity Council and enjoys observer status in the Economic and Social Council of the Arab League. It aims at developing and coordinating the technical relations between member companies in addition to identifying the latest technological developments in the fertilizer industry.
