The General Director of Civil Defence meets with Chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization

The General Director of Civil Defence, Major General Mustafa Al-Bazai’ah met with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, Chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org), and his accompanying delegation at the Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah II Academy for Civil Protection, where they discussed ways of enhance joint cooperation between both sides in training field and using the computer systems techniques, and establishment a knowledge center equipped with computers and internet lines, which contribute to development the professional and educational capabilities f civil defence staff.

The delegation listened to a brief about the Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II Academy for Civil Protection and the nature of training programs and teaching courses, and the degree conferred by the Academy in the Safety and Fire Engineering, Disaster Management, Paramedic and Mechanical engineering (renewable energy) specialization, which is considering a rare specialty in the Middle East and North Africa.

During the field round, Senator Abu-Ghazaleh acquainted on simulations center , which electronically simulates real accidents and specialized quality laboratories that are concerned with qualifying students to the best levels. And they visited the Civil Defence Language Center, which works to develop skills and improve the language capabilities of civil defence staff and specialized training fields.

At the end of the visit, Abu-Ghazaleh expressed the distinguished level that achieved by the civil defence staff and the methodology it adopts in order to enhance the scientific and practical capabilities of civil defence staff, he expressed his readiness to harness all knowledge stations followed to Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Groups for the purpose of training civil defence staff and developing cooperation in all fields, especially technical ones, and supporting smart transformation projects.
