TAG-Knowledge Participates in Children’s Film Week

The Children’s Film Week included the screening of films from Jordan, Egypt, China, Germany, the Netherlands and the US

AMMAN-------16 April 2013-------As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility activities, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society (TAG-Knowledge) participated in the 3rd Children’s Film Week organized by Zaha Cultural Centre under the patronage of HRH Princess Rym Ali.

 The Children’s Film Week included the screening of films from Jordan, Egypt, China, Germany, the Netherlands and the US.

Mr. Tareq Hammad, TAG-Knowledge executive director said:"We are really proud to be part of such an event which focuses on the creativity of children and their imagination. We are looking forward to cooperating with Zaha Cultural Centre in the near future."

Deputizing for the Princess, Dr. Barakat Awjan, Minister of Culture inaugurated the Week and thanked all participants in the event for their support.

Zaha Cultural Centre was established in 1998 through the generous donation made by Ms. Zaha Jardaneh with the understanding that the growth of a child is the foundation of a community, especially at the ages of 2-17 years. The aim is to provide a stimulating environment with age appropriate activities that challenge, encourage and provoke thought process, creativity, and problem solving skills. 

 TAG-Knowledge is one of the initiatives by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh to perform its corporate social responsibility towards the Jordanian and Arab communities, and to be a hub for promoting intellect and knowledge, developing Arab youth and human resources, and qualifying the largest number of local professionals by providing them with competitive skills through exposure to knowledge and developments in the international community under the direct supervision of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) experts.
